PURPOSEOFTHEROLE
To supportbothSalesHeads by owningtheback-end work ofquotations, estimation,and tender submissions,freeing theHeadstofocus on client-facingactivity.WorksalongsideAbinashSahu (SalesCoordinatorcum Nesting) whohandlesdesign liaison.
KEYRESPONSIBILITIES
- Preparequotations,estimates,andcommercialproposalsforbothWireRopeandLTS/SpreaderBeamenquiries
- Managetenderdocumentation:technicalcompliancesheets,BOQpricing,EMOandbidbondcoordination
- Maintainatendertrackerwithsubmissiondeadlines,status,andoutcomes
- CoordinatewithDesign(Anish),LTS(Sagar),andAccounts(Akhilesh)togatherinputsforbids
- Followupwithclientsonsubmittedquotationsandtenderclarifications
- MaintaincustomerenquirylogsinZohoCRMandensurequotationrevisionhistoryisfiled
- Generateweeklysalespipelineandpending-quotationreports
QUALIFICATIONS&SKILLS
- Graduate(B.Com/B.A./DiplomainMechanical);engineeringbackgroundpreferred
- Hands-onwithMSExcel.Word,andPDFtools;comfortablewithonlinetenderportals(GeM,eProcurement)
- StrongwrittenEnglish;abilitytodraftformalquotationsandtendercovers
- Detail-oriented-abletospotdiscrepanciesinBOQsandpricing
- Priorexperiencewithindustrial/engineeringproductsisanadvantage
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
