Role & responsibilities

  • Handle customer enquiries via phone calls, WhatsApp, and email
  • Understand customer needs and convert enquiries into confirmed orders
  • Perform regular lead follow-ups to ensure closure
  • Resolve customer queries, concerns, and post-sales issues professionally
  • Maintain accurate customer and sales records
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing
  • Achieve assigned monthly targets while maintaining customer satisfaction
