Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Graduate Trainee (Sales) role based in Bengaluru. The Graduate Trainee will support the sales team in identifying potential customers, generating leads, and following up on inquiries through calls, emails, and meetings.

Responsibilities include presenting Outskill's programs or services to prospective clients, understanding their needs, and assisting in proposing suitable solutions under the guidance of senior sales professionals.

The role involves maintaining accurate records of interactions in the CRM, preparing basic reports, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience. The Graduate Trainee will receive training and mentorship to develop selling skills, product knowledge, and professional communication, with a clear pathway toward a full-fledged sales role.

Qualifications

  • Strong interest in developing a career in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage confidently with prospective clients.
  • Basic understanding of sales concepts such as lead generation, pipeline management, and customer relationship building (training will be provided).
  • Comfort with using digital tools, spreadsheets, and CRM or similar platforms to track and report activities.
  • Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline; recent graduates or final-year students are encouraged to apply.
  • Self-motivated, coachable, and open to feedback, with a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior internship or project experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is an advantage but not mandatory.
