Role Overview
We are looking for a Customer Success & Operations Executive who can handle customer enquiries, support bookings, coordinate with service providers, and assist with lead follow-ups and sales activities.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys communicating with people, solving problems, and helping a growing startup deliver a great customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle customer enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email
• Assist customers with bookings, rescheduling, and support requests
• Coordinate with service providers to ensure smooth service delivery
• Follow up with customers and collect feedback
• Support provider onboarding and communication
• Maintain records of customer interactions and bookings
• Assist with lead follow-ups and basic sales activities
• Escalate operational issues when required
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline
• Strong communication skills in Hindi and English
• Comfortable handling calls and customer interactions
• Basic computer and internet skills
• Organized, responsive, and self-motivated
• Prior experience in customer support, telecalling, operations, or sales is preferred
• Fresh graduates with strong communication skills may also apply
