Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Intern role based in Gurugram. The intern will support lead generation efforts by identifying potential brand and creator partners, qualifying prospects, and maintaining accurate records in CRM tools. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, analyzing trends in the creator economy, and preparing reports or presentations to support strategic decisions. The intern will assist in outreach campaigns, including emails, calls, and meetings, to introduce MyWall’s solutions and nurture relationships. Additional tasks include coordinating with cross-functional teams, supporting client onboarding, and helping ensure a smooth and positive experience for partners.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret market data to support business decisions.
- Effective communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication for client and internal interactions.
- Experience or interest in lead generation and prospecting activities to build and maintain a sales pipeline.
- Ability to conduct structured market research and summarize insights on industry trends, competitors, and opportunities.
- Customer service mindset with a focus on relationship-building and delivering a positive partner experience.
- Interest in the creator economy, influencer marketing, or digital platforms is highly beneficial.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, CRM tools) and willingness to learn new systems.
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
