? Job Summary

We are looking for a well-presented, customer-focused F&B Associate to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent guest service, maintaining dining area standards, and ensuring a smooth and pleasant dining experience for all guests.

? Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and seat guests promptly in a courteous and professional manner
• Arrange tables, chairs, and seating based on guest requirements and group size
• Ensure clean, fully set tables with proper cutlery, napkins, and menu cards
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of dining areas using clean-as-you-go standards
• Monitor dining areas for seating availability, guest comfort, and safety
• Assist guests by providing guidance and responding to their needs promptly
• Check and maintain menus (clean, updated, wrinkle-free, and available in sufficient quantity)
• Ensure adherence to all safety, hygiene, and company standards
• Report any accidents, hazards, or maintenance issues to supervisors immediately
• Support team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
• Handle guest interactions with professionalism, courtesy, and respect
• Maintain uniform standards and personal grooming as per company policy
• Assist in rearranging furniture for special events or group seating
• Follow instructions and support overall F&B operations efficiently

? Required Skills

• Good communication skills (basic English/Tamil preferred)
• Customer service attitude

• Basic knowledge of hospitality service standards
• Ability to handle guests politely and professionally
• Time management and multitasking ability
• Attention to cleanliness and hygiene

? Qualifications

• Minimum: 10th / 12th pass or equivalent
• Diploma in Hotel Management (preferred but not mandatory)
• Freshers can apply
