AIF Operations Manager

Role Overview: We are looking for a professional with 3–5 years of experience in AIF Operations to manage end-to-end operational activities for Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs) based out of GIFT City. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of fund operations, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder coordination. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end AIF operational activities, including investor onboarding, capital calls, drawdowns, and distribution
• Coordinate with custodians, fund administrators, banks, auditors, and internal teams for smooth fund operation
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory and operational requirement
• Support transaction processing, reconciliations, reporting, and documentation.
• Prepare periodic MIS, investor reports, and operational dashboard
• Identify operational risks and drive process improvement Education
• CA (preferred) / MBA Finance / Commerce Graduation Experience
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in AIF Operations, Fund in Asset Management function, preferably with exposure to GIFT City or Alternative Investment Fun
• Good understanding of AIF lifecycle and fund operation.
• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skill
• Proficiency in MS Excel and operational reporting.
