Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Intern role based in Coimbatore. The Human Resources Intern will support day-to-day HR operations, including assisting with recruitment activities such as screening applications, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communication. The role involves maintaining employee records, supporting onboarding and orientation processes, and helping implement HR policies and procedures. The intern will assist in organizing employee engagement initiatives, collecting feedback, and supporting performance management processes. Additional responsibilities may include preparing HR reports, coordinating with different teams, and providing general administrative support to the HR function. Qualifications

  • Foundational knowledge of Human Resources (HR) concepts and interest in building a career in HR.
  • Ability to support HR Management tasks, including recruitment coordination and employee lifecycle support.
  • Understanding of HR Policies and basic compliance practices, with willingness to learn organization-specific guidelines.
  • Awareness of Employee Benefits concepts and openness to assist in benefits-related communication and documentation.
  • Basic Personnel Management skills, including maintaining records, handling confidential information, and supporting employee queries.
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and professional approach.
  • Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, documents, email) and readiness to learn HR software or tools as required.
