Eligibility Criteria

• Ph.D. in Management / Commerce / allied discipline from a recognized university
• Minimum 10 years of teaching/research experience, with significant academic leadership exposure
• Currently serving or eligible for the position of Professor
• Strong record of research publications, doctoral guidance, and academic administration
• Experience in curriculum design, accreditation processes, and institutional governance Desired Competencies
