Position Overview

Motilal Oswal Financial Services Ltd. invites applications from motivated and client-focused professionals for the position of Relationship Manager – Wealth Management . The selected candidate will be responsible for acquiring, managing, and expanding relationships with affluent and high-net-worth individuals while delivering tailored investment and wealth management solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

  • Acquire and onboard Affluent, HNI, and UHNI clients through market sourcing, professional networks, and referral channels.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients by understanding their financial goals and investment requirements.
  • Build, manage, and expand a high-value client portfolio.
  • Enhance client engagement and increase wallet share through proactive relationship management.

Business Development

  • Drive Assets Under Management (AUM) growth through effective investment advisory and portfolio development.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the target customer segment.
  • Organize and participate in client engagement programs, investor awareness sessions, seminars, and networking events.

Investment Advisory & Product Solutions

  • Assess clients' financial objectives and recommend suitable investment strategies and products.
  • Provide advisory support across a broad range of wealth management solutions, including:
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Research, and Certified Financial Planner (CFP) teams to deliver informed investment recommendations.
  • Stay updated on market developments, economic trends, and investment opportunities.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Relevant experience in Wealth Management, Banking, Broking, Financial Services, or Investment Advisory.
  • Demonstrated ability in client acquisition and relationship management.
  • Experience handling Affluent, HNI, or UHNI clients will be an added advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of Mutual Funds, Insurance, PMS, Equity Markets, and Demat products.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to generate leads, build client trust, and convert prospects into long-term relationships.
  • Strong understanding of financial markets and investment products.

Candidates with a strong CASA acquisition background and a proven track record in client acquisition may also be considered.
