Position Overview
Motilal Oswal Financial Services Ltd. invites applications from motivated and client-focused professionals for the position of Relationship Manager – Wealth Management . The selected candidate will be responsible for acquiring, managing, and expanding relationships with affluent and high-net-worth individuals while delivering tailored investment and wealth management solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
- Acquire and onboard Affluent, HNI, and UHNI clients through market sourcing, professional networks, and referral channels.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients by understanding their financial goals and investment requirements.
- Build, manage, and expand a high-value client portfolio.
- Enhance client engagement and increase wallet share through proactive relationship management.
Business Development
- Drive Assets Under Management (AUM) growth through effective investment advisory and portfolio development.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the target customer segment.
- Organize and participate in client engagement programs, investor awareness sessions, seminars, and networking events.
Investment Advisory & Product Solutions
- Assess clients' financial objectives and recommend suitable investment strategies and products.
- Provide advisory support across a broad range of wealth management solutions, including:
- Collaborate closely with Product, Research, and Certified Financial Planner (CFP) teams to deliver informed investment recommendations.
- Stay updated on market developments, economic trends, and investment opportunities.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Relevant experience in Wealth Management, Banking, Broking, Financial Services, or Investment Advisory.
- Demonstrated ability in client acquisition and relationship management.
- Experience handling Affluent, HNI, or UHNI clients will be an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of Mutual Funds, Insurance, PMS, Equity Markets, and Demat products.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to generate leads, build client trust, and convert prospects into long-term relationships.
- Strong understanding of financial markets and investment products.
Candidates with a strong CASA acquisition background and a proven track record in client acquisition may also be considered.
